Thank you so much to Big Bear Butt and the fabulous Cassie, and everyone else who helped out, for organizing such an awesome event! It was wonderful to be part of a player-organized in-game celebration, like I’ve read about on various blogs. I’ve got 61 screenshots in my “HeartRaid” folder — and that’s just the ones I kept! BBB says he’d like to do something similar about a year from now, so I guess Kaumalea will be sticking around. I’ll have to remember to log on with her during Love is in the Air in February to get her a Lovely Red Dress to wear to next year’s big shindig. Maybe I’ll even do some questing to get her a Red Pointy Hat, as well.
Great shots! I wish I’d had the chance to go to the concert, but as I was just playing on a trial account, I had to settle for the ‘Span segment of the party. It was really cool to see people settle into the water heart without much fuss. Herding cats can be tricky sometimes, herding gamers even trickier, but this event seemed to work really well.
Too bad the Alliance beat us to the bridge, though.
