My concept here is that if you just can’t find the right piece for your Transmogrification Template Kit — just the right belt or just the right boots, et cetera, or the item you want is very difficult to obtain — you could get one with the Sartorial Scrip and then lacquer it to match the color scheme of the rest of your outfit, and still look good while you were working on finding or obtaining the piece you really wanted.
