Why, yes, that is the Male Tauren Warrior, at the Shrine, riding a Dread Raven, with a Dread Hatchling.
He was level 24 this morning.
At first, I thought that I would wait until Warlords was actually in beta before making my pre-purchase. Then, I thought that perhaps I ought to wait until I finished my conventional leveling project — the Warlock and the Rogue — before allowing anyone to be boosted. The Sha of Impatience got its claws into me, though, and I just wanted the Male Tauren Warrior to be fulfilling the measure of his creation –
(a) holding all my Bind-on-Account items
and (b) looking awesome while doing it
More specifically, the character who had been holding my BoA items needed her bag space for something else. I hadn’t made any bags larger than Netherweave for the Male Tauren Warrior because I knew he’d be getting Embersilk bags when I boosted him, so he didn’t have enough room for all that Timeless Isle junk already. I decided that I didn’t care about his professions, because part of the point of using my complimentary boost on this character was that I wouldn’t have to level him. And so up he went.
Technically, this makes twelve level 90s. I did take him out to get the Grummlepack, but he’s not going to do any of the stuff I’ve done with my other level 90s. I’m sure he’ll do some Transmogrification farming, eventually — y’know, for looking awesome — but for now, he’s “done”.
