If you were to claim a place to call your own, where would it be and why?
For Kamalia and her family, I’m rather fond of this tent on Spirit Rise.
I particularly like the strands of beads in the doorway.
If I was to go into Azeroth as my RL self, however, I think I’d prefer to live in this style of Human house.
Or perhaps this house in Duskhaven –
– because it’s full of books.

I love the Gilnean houses. I really wish that instead of giving the Worgen a tree in Darnassus, they’d added a proper Worgen district to Stormwind. I would have moved in straight away.
Oh, ditto, ditto! I mean, yeah, I can see why the Nelves might feel obliged to take the Worgen in, but I always wonder if the Worgen in Darnassus are really comfortable there. My Worgen moved to Stormwind immediately, and I would absolutely love it if there was a Gilnean district in Stormwind for her to live in.
Agreed! It’s a crime that the Gilnean architecture is mostly going to waste. Such great design and atmosphere, and not seen 95% of the time. (I guess you might be out by the Dark Portal some days…)
And that is a LOT of books in that house!
Well, I have a lot of books in my RL house, so of course I need a WoW house that has lots of books in it! I’m rather sad that the best one I’ve found so far is in Duskhaven and not generally accessible.
I definitely need to get down to Surwich with an Alliance character sometime, to check the place out.
When I went to Surwich with my Draenei Mage, I was absolutely delighted to find that my favorite house from Duskhaven, the book house, also appears there!
