A few Transmogrification kits I put together in the last few weeks of summer, before my school responsibilities really started eating up all my spare time. I finally had some time this long weekend to take pictures and post them.
Thunder King, Lightning QUEEN
Skyshatter Shoulderpads, An’telas Scale Shirt, Doc’s Belt, Tranquillien Scale Leggings, Edgemaster’s Handguards, Tsunami Boots, Wu-Lai, Bladed Fan of the Consorts (LFR)
Insisting that she must have this supremely elegant fist weapon, mini-Kam butted into the LFR queue, signing up in Resto spec but with her loot spec set to Enhancement, before either Kerisa or Koralyra managed to get herself ready. Fortunately, she won both copies of the Bladed Fan on the same trip to Pinnacle of Storms — one from the regular loot roll, and one from the bonus roll.
Mushan Hide Helm, Mantle of the Eternal Sentinel, Robes of Treacherous Ground (LFR), Firescar Sash, Gilt-Edged Leather Gauntlets, Druidic Channeler’s Mace, Telestra’s Journal
A “Dark Druid” outfit that would probably look better on a Worgen than on any of the other Druidic races.
The T12 Obsidian Arborweave set was not at all to my taste, but I thought the belt looked kind of cool, so I hung onto it for possible use in some other sort of “Dark Druid” kit. I’m glad I did, because it works perfectly with the T15-LFR robe.
The T15 shoulders, however, are entirely too creepy for me. If that nest on the right shoulder housed a mouse or a weasel or a little bitty owl or a crow or even a snake, I’d be okay with it, but a spider?
Chilled Shoulderplates, Nether Protector’s Chest, Ango’rosh Belt, Lofty Legguards, Talonguard Gloves, Icebane Treads, Shroud of the North Wind, Greataxe of the Ebon Blade
The Underpowered Death Knight insisted that after having gone to all the trouble of getting a metal bikini, she needed to use it in more than one outfit. This was my effort to make another relatively tasteful platekini set; I think it turned out rather well.
Duskwoven Turban, Lightning Infused Mantle, Coldtouch Phantom Wraps, Contender’s Satin Belt, Bolt-Burster Grips, Liuyang’s Lovely Longstaff
The soft, misty greys and aqua-greens of the Duskwoven robe & turban have always seemed to me to be particularly appropriate for a Priest, somehow. A Mage could try the same accessories with the soft violet Robe of the Magi.
The Warlock and the Rogue have both reached Exalted with the Shado-Pan, thus completing my one-of-each-class set of Shado-Pan Helmet Transmogrification kits.
Replica Shado-Pan Helmet, Mantle of the Corruptor, Simple Blouse, Fire-Cord of the Magus, Coven Britches, Black Mageweave Gloves + Wraps of the San’layn, Oilfoot Slippers, Shadow Prowler’s Cloak, Matsuba’s Breadmaker
More decadent Warlocks may prefer to use the Cournith Waterstrider’s Silken Finery.
Replica Shado-Pan Helment, Shoulderpads of the Silvermoon Retainer, Scouting Tunic, Ruffian Belt*, Nightslayer Pants, Bandit Gloves, Defiler’s Lizardhide Boots, Black Swashbuckler’s Shirt, Amber Slicer of Klaxxi’ves, Wind Reaver’s Dagger of Quick Strikes
The shirt is an essential component of this outfit because it fills in a gap between the sleeves and the gloves.
The Bandit Belt would be a suitable replacement for the Ruffian Belt.
Why, yes, I did do Klaxxi rep with my Rogue just so that I could have both styles of Mantid trophy dagger to use in this kit.
I have a couple more Shado-Pan kits planned for other characters. One of them is intended to complement Alani, so I probably won’t make it until I manage to capture her.
