I managed to not bring work home this evening — oh, there was work I could have brought home, but I’d succeeded in getting everything that had to be done just to be ready for class tomorrow finished before I left campus — which gave me a bit more time than I’ve had lately for Azeroth.
I thought at first that maybe I’d go vacuum up World Quests with my Monk, who is (very slowly) working on getting the 200 WQ tint for the Hidden appearance of her Brewmaster Artifact. A Legion Invasion was occurring in Azsuna, so I was going to ignore it, until I noticed, oh, hey, those quests all reward Nethershards. Somehow I’d never before connected Legion Invasions rewarding Nethershards with how I’d been thinking that someday I ought to go farm Nethershards with my Paladin and my Death Knight so that they could get their special class weapons from the Broken Shore — Arsenal: Armaments of the Silver Hand and Arsenal: Armaments of the Ebon Blade, respectively.
There was just enough time left on the Invasion for me to do it with both Death Knight and Paladin — and just enough Nethershards rewarded for both of them to be able to buy their Arsenals.
So yay, now I have that crossed off of my list of things I still wanted to accomplish in Legion content.
Both Paladin and Death Knight are due for new Mogs, so their next kits (whenever I get around to making them) will probably feature Arsenal items. I’m not going to try to make kits specifically featuring all of the Arsenal items, however. I’ll just use my favorites when they’re the right weapon for the kit I happen to be making.
Yay for working on your list! 🙂
A big check mark of satisfaction! Well done.
