Last year, I was feeling miffed that I’d have to re-collect all the holiday clothes to be able to Mog with them. I’m not particularly fond of the Lovely Dresses anyway, so I didn’t bother to try to get them. This year, however, doing the Crown Sampler daily is a good source of XP for my wee Void Elf Mage, so I set her (and a handful of other alts) to collecting Lovely Dress Boxes at the rate of one every four days. With multiple alts obtaining the boxes, I picked up the three brightly colored versions of the dress relatively quickly. And then I got a nice surprise —

I had forgotten how to get the Lovely Dresses, too! I only remembered that I had to do the box lottery when I looked at the vendor’s offerings.
Now if only we could hide gloves and bracers, then we’d be set for making pretty holiday outfits…
