Kinevra finally finished the Loremaster plotline of Tiragarde Sound. She’s left almost all of the side quests undone — the Roughriders, the Tortollans at Norwington Estate, the hunting lodge, the steam springs resort, the guard tower, the Explorer’s League camp, what else? My plan is to go through Drustvar and Stormsong Valley doing just the Loremaster questlines as well, ignoring anything that’s obviously a side quest. I’ll come back to the side quests if I haven’t reached 120 by the time I finish the Loremaster questlines.
With the War Campaign no longer being gated by 7th Legion rep, I think I’ll have Kinevra contract for the Proudmoore Admiralty first after she reaches 120 — the sooner to be able to recruit the Kul Tirans.
As much as I conceptually like playing a Mage, however, I die so much when I’m playing one of my Mages! My Balance Druids feel more robust…
I don’t like skipping any yellow quests, there’s a lot of flavor in them, adding up to the world ambience: )
Micromantica had SO MUCH pain leveling, it was extremely hard. Now she’s a whirlwind of ice death, almost like Jaina 🙂 Maybe you could send your mage Nazjatar’s 385 gear tokens, only 5 manapearls per item?
I know there’s a lot of good worldbuilding in those side quests — but I don’t want to get to 120 and still have a lot of main story quest to push through to be able to recruit the Kul Tirans. So I’m going to focus main story, then come back for the side quests. I’m thinking I might level my Nelf Druid just with the side quests, doing the main story of each zone only when it’s a choke point.
I’ve already sent my Human Mage a full set of Benthic gear tokens, so she’ll be good to go when she reaches 120. Much dying until then, though
