A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Tauren Druids. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent. Items that are no longer obtainable are marked with an asterisk (*).

53) Aspirant’s Garb of the Chosen Dead

Garb of the Chosen Dead (LFR) with Nibelung
Kerisa was fortunate enough to have the Ensemble for the LFR version of the Trial of Valor set drop for her while she was working on the quest to get the Normal version.

52) Shu’halo Furs

Bristlebark/Lupine set with Chieftain’s Headdress, Sentinel Girdle, Cape of Thunder Bluff, Thunder Bluff Tabard, and Agamaggan’s Quill
Because of the Lionfur Armor — a brighter, more golden version of the chestpiece of this set which is a rare drop from a Mulgore rare spawn (and is therefore hideously expensive on the AH) — I think of this style of leather armor as being characteristically Tauren.
Kerisa happened to be wearing this outfit when she did Highmountain. I liked how it looked with the baby basket, and she is the only one of my Tauren characters who has marriage and a child already established in her RP story.

51) Darkmoon Flower Seller

Songbird Blouse, Dervish Belt, Leggings of the Fang, Inscribed Leather Gloves, Dark Leather Boots, Cloak of the Darkmoon Faire, Staff of the Verdant Circle
“All I want is a place somewhere,
Far away from the cold night air,
With one enormous chair —
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly?
Lots of coal making lots of heat!
Lots of chocolate for me to eat!
Warm [face (?)], warm hands, warm feet!
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly!
Someone’s head resting on my knee
[Nice and cozy (?)] as it could be
Who takes good care of me —
Oh, wouldn’t it be loverly…”
My Fair Lady
(If you’re going to wear the Darkmoon Top Hat to get that sweet 10% XP and rep buff, you might as well own the look.)

A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Blood Elf Rogue. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent. Items that are no longer obtainable are marked with an asterisk (*).

43) Crimson Pugilist

Adventurer’s Bandana, Tribal Vest, Feral Cord, Wolf Rider’s Leggings, Bard’s Gloves & Boots, Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade, The Horseman’s Sinister Slicer
Although my Rogue is limited to using daggers or swords, a Monk ought to use an utterly simple fist weapon such as these classic brass knuckles with this kit.

42) Silvermoon Torch Runner

Bloody Bandanna, Silvermoon Tunic, Burning Blade Devotee’s Cinch, Ghostclaw Leggings, Bonechewer Spikegloves & Shredboots, Yaungol Fire Carrier
Shortly after Transmogrification debuted, I participated in an Olympics-themed Transmogrification contest hosted by JD Kenada of Amateur Azerothian. Each contestant was assigned a faction to represent, though they only had to use the colors & thematic motifs of that faction in their first outfit, a kit for their flag-bearer in the opening parade of nationsfactions. I got Silvermoon, and designed a kit very much like this for my flag-bearer/torch runner.
I’ve made a few outfits that were very similar to this for Kelisanna in the past, but with the most recent Winter Olympics fresh in memory, I thought it an opportune moment to make this particular variation on the theme.

41) Omen of Plunder

Crown of Dark Blossoms, Bonechewer Shoulderguards, Festival Suit, Rope-Grip Gloves, Felshroud Boots
The black tint of the upgraded appearance of the Outlaw Artifact swords or the base red tint of the Mage Tower Challenge rapiers would also be fabulous with this outfit.

Four years ago, for Winter Veil 2013, Erinys created for me a beautiful set of outfits inspired by the Tauren creation myths found on scrolls hanging in the big tent on Elder Rise in Thunder Bluff. Ever since then, I’ve been wanting to actually make those kits in-game for my characters to wear. Although I haven’t created them exactly as Erinys originally designed them, I think that the changes I’ve made are consistent with her vision.

~*~*~

Before the Age of Memory, the gentle Earthmother breathed upon the golden mists of dawn. Where the amber clouds came to rest, there were endless fields of flowing wheat and barley. This was the basin of her works – the great basket of life and hope.

Endless fields of flowing wheat and barley
Erinys wrote: This is built around one of my favourite items in-game, the conifer cone staff. In my head, the Greatmother is a Shaman so this outfit had to be mail.

Crown of Flame (H), Mantle of the Golden Forest, Khan’s chestpiece, Engraved Girdle, Valorous Earthshatter Kilt, Bloodlust Gauntlets, De’rizu Greaves, Amber Filigreed Doublet, Conifer Cone Staff

Crown of Flame (N), Mantle of the Golden Forest, Khan’s chestpiece, Engraved Girdle, Valorous Earthshatter Kilt, Bloodlust Gauntlets, Amber Filigreed Doublet, Giant Club, Sternhorn’s Shield
Unfortunately, in the current Legion weapon paradigm, Shaman don’t use staves. I’ve made this kit in Resto spec so I could use this club, which seemed like a reasonable substitution, and I’ve picked a quintessentially Tauren shield design to go with it.

~*~*~

The Earthmother, her heart heavy with her children’s plight, could not bear to watch them fall from grace. In her grief, she tore out her eyes and set them spinning across the endless, starry skies. An’she and Mu’sha, seeking to ease the other’s sorrow, could only chase each other’s faint glow across the sky. The twins still chase one another with every turning of the world.

The Twins: An’she
Erinys wrote: I decided against going for the obvious golds and yellows, choosing to focus more on the dawning and setting sun, those delicate shades which paint the whole sky with just some subtle hints of gold to suggest the sun at its midday peak. The Sun had to be plate, whether I was influenced by those lines from Shakespeare’s Richard III,

Now is the winter of our discontent
Made glorious summer by this sun of York;

or perhaps I’ve just pvped too much but it makes me think of arrogant warriors and paladins charging into battle.

Crown of Empowered Fate, Pauldrons of the Souleater, Commander’s Armour, Belt of the Seven Seals, Triton Legplates, Gauntlets of the Righteous Champion, Gothic Sabatons, Amber Filigreed Doublet, Ashkandi, Greatsword of the Brotherhood

Crown of Empowered Fate, Pauldrons of the Souleater, Commander’s Armour, Belt of the Seven Seals, Triton Legplates, Gothic Plate Gauntlets, Avenger’s Greaves, Amber Filigreed Doublet, Cataclysm’s Edge
The gloves Erinys chose drop from an AQ40 optional boss that is even now very difficult to solo due to its mechanics. So I swapped sets for the gloves and the boots.
Because of Mr Rossi at Blizzard Watch, I think of Ashkandi as a Warrior weapon. So I used this sword instead because it has colors that gorgeously coordinate with the rest of this ensemble and I’ve long wanted to use it for a Ret Paladin kit.

The Twins: Mu’sha
Erinys wrote: This could only be a cloth transmogrification with the Mooncloth Robe at its heart.

Moonsoul Crown, Aurora Mantle, Mooncloth Robe, Relentless Gladiator’s Cord of Salvation, Safeguard Gloves, White Tuxedo Shirt, Redemption

Moonsoul Crown, Aurora Mantle, Mooncloth Robe, Warmongering Gladiator’s Satin Gloves, White Swashbuckler’s Shirt, Staff of the Faithful
At the time that Erinys designed this outfit, the Safeguard Gloves were the closest to all-white gloves that were available. I even farmed them up specifically so that I could later make this kit. In the interim, however, these bright white gloves became available.
This robe has always been difficult to find a good belt for because it really looks better without one. I think Erinys picked a great belt for her original design — but now that belts can be hidden, hiding the belt was definitely what this outfit wanted.

~*~*~

This tale speaks of how the Earthmother gave the Shu’halo the love of the hunt. The Tauren became great hunters, but one spirit eluded them, Apa’ro, the white stag (called Malorne by the Night Elves.) The Tauren hunted Apa’ro to the ends of Azeroth, and finally the stag fled into the heavens. where his great antlers became tangled in the starts. As the moon, (Mu’sha) chased her brother across the skies, she saw the helpless stag, and immediately fell in love with him.

The White Stag
Erinys wrote: The fact that Malorne’s a Druidic icon, so to speak, meant that this set had to be leather. We know that he is a pure white stag so the Boneshredder set seemed like the perfect starting point for this.

Crown of the Forest Lord, Boneshredder Shoulderguards, Boneshredder Jerkin, Heraldic Belt, Jinxed Hoodoo Kilt, Boneshredder Gloves, Dreamer’s Dragonstaff

Crown of the Forest Lord, Pauldrons of Malorne, Boneshredder Jerkin, Moss Cinch, Jinxed Hoodoo Kilt, Ghostwalker Gloves, Conifer Cone Staff
Because I couldn’t use the Conifer Cone Staff in the Earthmother kit, I decided to use it in the Malorne kit, instead. Then this belt seemed like a good addition, to pull in a little bit more of that orange from the eye in the staff. I felt like this Malorne-themed kit should have something from the Druid tier set named for Malorne, so I’ve put in those shoulders.

~*~*~

Thank you so very very much again, Erinys! ❤

A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Blood Elf Demon Hunter. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent. Items that are no longer obtainable are marked with an asterisk (*).

29) Gladiatorial Pretensions

Fearless Gladiator’s Felskin Helm & Gloves, Cruel Gladiator’s Felskin Spaulders & Tunic, Sinister Ashfall Cord, Felshroud Boots, Acolyte’s Shirt
I bought these two PvP sets with Marks of Honor gained by using the insta-WQ Order Hall perk, of course.
This top goes beyond skimpy and absurd into ludicrous. Those two flaps of leather wouldn’t be effective at protecting — or concealing — anything, especially during the acrobatic dance of heated combat… Fortunately, the Acolyte’s Shirt, sold by Thomas Yance in Old Hillsbrad, is both sleeveless (to still show the upper arm tattoos) and the right color to blend in nicely with the rest of this outfit.
Although I really like the design of this hat, it clips rather badly with the long braid over the shoulder hairstyle. Because the high tail is high enough to clear the scarf in the back, Kiralaira will wear her hair that way until she changes her clothes again.

28) Vermillion Vitality

Warhide Shoulderguard Jerkin & Footpads, Riplimb’s Lost Collar (N), Tough Mushanhide Leggings, Supple Gloves (2-655), Sword of Heartwrenching Slaughter
Like many other Legion leather chestpieces, this Vrykul-inspired design looks rather different on Demon Hunters than on the other leather-wearing classes. How does she not punch holes in her back every time she moves her arms?
This is another kit that makes me wish that female Demon Hunters had an orange red tattoo color as well as the magenta red.

27) Night Vision

Crown of Courage, Festive Purple Dress, Rope-Grip Gloves, Headhunter’s Slippers, Warglaive of the Fel Hammer
Purple seemed most appropriate for an Illidari.

26) Wardens’ Gamble

Moonglade Cowl, Swiftstrike Shoulders, Chronicler’s Chestguard, Hozen-Speed Waistband, Bladefang Legguards, Heart Grippers, Boots of Infinite Possibility, Fel-Etched Glaive, Warden’s Tabard
Upon escaping from the Vault of the Wardens, Kiralaira was determined to demonstrate to Maiev and her subordinates that they had made a wise choice… and, indeed, that perhaps their initial decision to imprison the Illidari had been poorly considered.

25) Fir-cone

Darkbrand Shoulders, Grizzly Jerkin, Toenail Belt, Breeches of Natural Aggression, Oilrag Handwraps* + Efrem’s Bracers, Boots of the Flowering Earth, Brutality Blade
This outfit, an “everyday” version of Kira’s previous holiday kit, would probably be better suited to a Druid — but with a Demon Hunter, the tattoos in dark green make a nice addition to the overall look.
Hmm… I’m planning to do the tattoos/warpaint in green for my Highmountain Tauren Druid; I might have to revisit this outfit concept with that character sometime in the future…

24) Gaudy Conifer

Darkbrand Shoulders, Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater, Toenail Belt, Breeches of Natural Aggression, Oilrag Handwraps*, Boots of the Flowering Earth, Brutality Blade
Although I tried the kit first with the Glaive of the Fallen, and it wasn’t bad, these brown swords just seemed like a better fit for conveying the concept of a decorated, cone-laden tree.

23) Stormwraith

Warmongering Gladiator’s Helm, Felstalking Shoulders, Spell Fencer’s Jacket, Belt of Hidden Keys, Warmongering Gladiator’s Leggings, Boneshredder Gloves, Illidari Boots
When I got this chestpiece, I knew right away that I wanted to use it with these pants. Adding the helm that goes with the pants to the ensemble meant using this Artifact tint.

22) Illidari Matron

Illidari Shoulders & Boots, Prospector’s Chestpiece, Waistclasp of Unethical Power (LFR), Gloomtalon’s Spare Kilt, Fuzzy Gloves + Flame Juggler’s Armbands, Blade of Savagery
Because of this sword, I wanted to do a “Shivarra Matron” outfit for my Demon Hunter. The NPC outfit is quite unique, however — only the sword and shoulders are available as drops for players, and the shoulders are plate — so my PC outfit is a series of approximations at best.
I’ve had this outfit planned for quite awhile, but I had to wait until she was level 110 to make it because of the belt.

21) Illidari Warp-Storm

Cursed Vision of Sargeras, Bladefang Spaulders, Shroud of Nature’s Harmony, Shifting Sash of Midnight, Cinderweb Leggings (N), Fuzzy Gloves + Bracers of Shattered Stalactites, Zierhut’s Lost Treads, Green Trophy Tabard of the Illidari, Warp-Storm Warblade
Certain Legion structures bear a remarkable resemblance to this Burning Crusade dungeon-drop weapon…

A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Tauren Monks. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent. Items that are no longer obtainable are marked with an asterisk (*).

59) Denizen of the Steppes

Defiant Spire Shoulderguard, Warhide Jerkin, Shadow-Gorged Belt, Ironpelt Leggings, Gloves of Swift Death, Duskbat Exterminator’s Treads, Apprentice’s Shirt, Sturdy Yaungol Spear
Without attempting to directly imitate any of their garb, this kit aspires to evoke the Yaungol.

58) Shado-Pan Ironpaw

Replica Shado-Pan Helmet, Ironpelt Pauldrons, Wildblood Vest, Red Belt of Gentle Persuasion, Tough Mushanhide Leggings, Master Brewer’s Gloves, Landfall Leather Boots, Shado-Pan Tabard, Starrgo’s Walking Stick
I’ve been making kits for Katewatha with the tabards of all the specifically Pandaren factions of Pandaria, so even though I’ve already made several Shado-Pan outfits for her, I needed to make one more that used the tabard.

57) Eternal Blossoms

Crown of Prosperity, Mantle of Autumn, Festival Dress, Rope-Grip Gloves, Blood-Tempered Ranseur*
The golden leaves on these shoulders remind me of how the Vale of Eternal Blossoms used to be…
The Blood-Tempered Ranseur was awarded from a low-level Blood Elf Paladin questline that disappeared in the Cataclysm; if I didn’t have it, I would have used the Rod of the Blazing Light.

56) Nighthawk

Shoulderpads of the Forgotten Gate (H), Darkmoon Vest, Pennyroyal Belt, Warpscale Leggings, Cindersilk Gloves (H), Phoenix-Down Treads (H), Black Ice
I wanted to make an outfit with this polearm. Once I’d chosen the Pennyroyal Belt because of its purple buckle medallion, these pants that brought in more of the teal were a great way to make this outfit more colorful and interesting than it would have been if I’d just made it all dark purple.

55) Gaudy Baubles

Finely-Tailored Green Holiday Hat, Tyrannical Gladiator’s Copperskin Spaulders, Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater, Mistdancer Cord, Leggings of the Empty Throne, Shardtooth Gloves, Tyrannical Gladiator’s Boots of Alacrity, Pillar of Fortitude
I didn’t think I liked anything about the Monk PvP set that these shoulders and boots come from until it occurred to me that they might be good accessories for this outfit.

54) The Four-Fold Way

Red Crane Mantle (LFR), Vest of the Dragon Slayer, Brown Belt of Humbling Gravity, Leggings of Loss, Smuggler’s Mitts, Moonstrider Boots, August Celestials Tabard
Although most Monks focus on achieving perfection in the philosophy and fighting style of just one of the August Celestials, all Monks respect and endeavor to follow the virtues embodied by each of Pandaria’s four deities.
I chose these boots because they have fun blue toes on races that wear shoes — so I used the the Orb of the Sin’dorei and the Orb of Deception to show them off.

53) Mojache Keeper

Indomitable Epaulets, Keeper’s Armor & Woolies, Eighty Silver Links/Supreme Sash, Wicked Leather Gauntlets/Keeper’s Gloves, Studded Green Anklewraps, Sturdy Yaungol Spear
The Camp Mojache Braves are wearing the leather Keeper’s set with the mail Ancient belt and gloves that are similar to the Ancient gloves in color and decorative pattern, though not in shape. I’ve attempted to replicate the effect with this warm grey-toned belt and gloves. They are also carrying 2H axes, which no leather-wearing class can wield. I like the look of this polearm as an alternate weapon, though.
For running around elsewhere in the world, where the Feralas inspiration will not be immediately obvious, the full Keeper’s set makes a nicer overall appearance.

52) Storm Light

Warmongering Gladiator’s Ironskin Helm & Legguards, Poison Protocol Pauldrons (N), Spell Fencer’s Jacket, Brown Belt of Humbling Gravity, Frostwolf Mitts, Warmongering Gladiator’s Boots of Victory, Sonic Spear
I got this new chestpiece and thought it would look great with these white pants. It looks rather different on my Monk than it does on my Demon Hunter, who was the one who actually acquired it, though. If I tried the same combo of chestpiece, pants, and hat with my Demon Hunter, the rest of the items in the ensemble would probably end up being entirely different.

51) The Good Earth

Straw Hat, Reporter’s Shoulderguards, Shaladrassil Tunic, Belt of Cheapened Lives, Overgrowth Cutter Breeches, Gloves of the Afterlife, Boots of the Flowering Earth, Garden Pitchfork, Yellow Lumberjack Shirt, Tillers Tabard
This is at least the third “farmer” kit I’ve made for Kate, but I hadn’t made one that used the Tillers tabard yet.

The Order of the Cloud Serpents have another of my favorite tabards from Pandaria. I love the soft, pastel colors.

Cloud Rider

Grievous Gladiator’s Ironskin Spaulders, Jinxed Hoodoo Skin, Pennyroyal Belt, Clefthoof Britches & Wanderboots, Grips of Slicing Electricity (LFR), Order of the Cloud Serpent Tabard, Staff of Trembling Will
With a Monk, these PvP shoulders were the best choice for this kit. For the other leather-wearing classes, here is an alternate version of the outfit using the Belt of the Silent Path, which has very similar colors to the tabard, and the Mantle of Wicked Revenge.

Serpent Trainer

Wildguard Helm, Jade Epaulets, Iceguard Breastplate & Leggings, Rainbow Girdle, Gauntlets of Purification, Boots of Avoidance, Slavemaster Axe, Order of the Cloud Serpent Tabard
These lovely pastel plate items were the first things I thought of when I started to think about making Cloud Serpent outfits.

Serpents in the Mists

Champion’s Pauldrons, Formidable Chestpiece, Belt of the Iron Prison (LFR), Tristam Legguards*, Skyhorn Gloves, Boots of Elemental Torment, Misthide Drape, Order of the Cloud Serpent Tabard, Wu-Lai, Bladed Fan of the Consorts (LFR), Flamecaller’s Shield
This cloud-like mixture of pale silvers, greys, and blues allows the brighter, yet still subtle, colors of the tabard, cloak, and shield to emerge like a cloud serpent from the mists.

Cloud Spinner

Arachnidian Robes, Belt of Arcane Storms (N), Replica Virtuous Gloves + Leywalker Bracers, Slippers of Serenity, Used Bar Rag, Order of the Cloud Serpent Tabard, Staff of Athen’a
I hadn’t made an outfit with this coloration of this robe style yet, and it occurred to me that it might have the right sort of colors to coordinate nicely wtih the Cloud Serpent tabard. Well, the aquas do, anyway. I’d forgotten how green the skirt is.

~*~*~

When I first started thinking about making this post, I went to look for the screenshots of the Order of the Cloud Serpents finale that I knew I’d taken when Kamalia did it — and I couldn’t find them! I looked and looked. Then I looked to see if any of my other characters who were Exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpents had screenshots of the finale in their files, and couldn’t find anything there, either. I’d probably thought, oh, I don’t need to screencap this again because I already have screencaps from when Kamalia did it.

So I ran Kaylynda through the Order of the Cloud Serpent rep grind to get some new screenshots of that thrilling finale event. Between the Mists rep-doubling Commendations (which Kamalia got as soon as she could for all the alts to enjoy), being Human, the Darkmoon Carousel buff, and some good luck finding Onyx Eggs, it only took two days.

I loved the finale events for the Mists reputations. They made getting to Exalted a truly exciting occasion. At the same time, however, they made me feel rather bad about running off and never coming back to that faction again (except on occasion to take Mog screenshots) as soon as I got Exalted.

A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Tauren Druids. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent. Items that are no longer obtainable are marked with an asterisk (*).

50) Stormcrow Smash

Shoulderpads of the Forgotten Gate (N), Preened Ironfeather Breastplate, Belt of Fierce Competition, Kilt of the Forgotten One, Oilrag Handwraps* + Storming Vortex Bracers, Hammer of the Sporelings
I had a hard time finding shoulders for this combination of chestpiece and kilt. When I first tried these, I liked how their color coordinated, and I liked their general shape, but I wasn’t completely sold on the hawk-head details. After much comparison with other options, I finally returned to these as the ones I liked best.
Looking for a weapon after the armor was assembled, this 2H mallet seemed the most fitting; from the shape of the shoulders and the weapon comes the name I gave to the outfit.

49) Lunar Efflorescence

Crown of Courage, Cenarion Spaulders, Festive Green Dress, Rope-Grip Gloves, Staff of the Verdant Circle
I used this combination (with the antlers that match the shoulders) as an RP-wear outfit for Lunar Festival in previous years, before the holiday clothes were Moggable.
Moonglade is THE location for the Lunar Festival, of course — but the lighting there is terrible!

48) Wedding at the Well

Crown of Courage, Spring Robes, Wound Dressing, Spring Flowers
A well might be a traditional location for a Tauren wedding — for a migratory or semi-nomadic people, a good well might become an anchoring location for their journeys, a resting place, and a gathering place where different tribes would meet and trade.
Unfortunately, my ideal Tauren bridal attire isn’t truly Moggable — the Crown of Courage can only be Mogged during Lunar Festival, and the Spring Robes can only be Mogged during Noblegarden. At other times, the actual items must be equipped. Despite this outfit not being a true Transmogrification, I wanted to post it here anyway because this is what Kerisa wore for her wedding, which took place between the end of Wrath of the Lich King and the beginning of Cataclysm.

47) The White Stag II

Ghostwalker set with Moonrage Girdle and Ravenbear Disguise
The Ravenbear Disguise grants the white leaf shoulders coveted by every Druid since their first meeting with Morthis Whisperwing in Zangarmarsh.
Without the Ravenbear Disguise, this kit could also be used with the Ghostwalker shoulders and Crown of the Forest Lord.
The Moonrage Girdle fits so perfectly with this fur-trimmed white leather gear that it almost seems like it was made to go with it.

46) The White Stag

Crown of the Forest Lord, Pauldrons of Malorne, Boneshredder Jerkin, Moss Cinch, Jinxed Hoodoo Kilt, Ghostwalker Gloves, Conifer Cone Staff
This outfit was designed for me by Erinys. It represents Malorne, or Apa’ro, as he is known to the Tauren, based on this text from the fourth of the Shu’halo creation myths:
This tale speaks of how the Earthmother gave the Shu’halo the love of the hunt. The Tauren became great hunters, but one spirit eluded them, Apa’ro, the white stag (called Malorne by the Night Elves.) The Tauren hunted Apa’ro to the ends of Azeroth, and finally the stag fled into the heavens. where his great antlers became tangled in the starts. As the moon, (Mu’sha) chased her brother across the skies, she saw the helpless stag, and immediately fell in love with him.

45) Chieftain’s Pride

Bronze-Tinted Sunglasses, Chieftain’s Shoulders & Gloves, Pridelord Armor, Supreme Sash, Warchief Kilt*, Shadow Wing Focus Staff
For a Druid, these Classic armor items were the obvious choice to complement the 13th Anniversary shades.

44) Guardian of Cenarius and G’Hanir

Cenarion Raiment with Belt of Cheapened Lives, Cloak of Enthralling Darkness, and Wildfury Greatstaff
The Cenarion belt has always seemed too bright, somehow. I like the overall effect better with this darker belt.

43) Heart of Thunder

Thunderheart helm shoulders & gloves, Canyon Runner’s Vest, Mighty Girdle, Leggings of the Immortal Night, Naturewarden’s Treads, Wisdom of Dionor, Origin of Nightmares
Though it drops in Naxxramas, this staff has always seemed to me like it was made to go with the Druid Black Temple set. I’m not particularly fond of the torso part of the chestpiece of that set, however, so after a bit of fiddling around with chestpieces and leggings, I settled upon this combination.

42) Malorne’s Nightmare

Gladiator’s Dragonhide Armor with Cloak of the Untamed Predator and Crimson Steel/Dagger of the Horde Vanguard/Shadow Wing Focus Staff/Funeral Pyre (H)
After doing the main storyline of Val’sharah twelve times to collect the Tears of Elune and unlock the “acquire a Pillar of Creation” Artifact tint with each class, I felt inspired to create a set of Nightmare-touched Transmogrification kits.
This Druid-specific kit was way too obvious and appropriate an idea to pass up.
If you’re capable of raiding Heroic or Mythic Emerald Nightmare — and you get very lucky — then of course you should sub in the The First Satyr’s Spaulders.
Fist weapons for Guardian; daggers for Feral; Shadow Wing Focus Staff for Balance; and Funeral Pyre for Resto. I like Funeral Pyre for Resto because it looks sort of like the twisted, cracked, glowing corrupted roots of Shaladrassil. The Talon Guard Staff would also be a good choice for the Resto version of this kit.

41) Morrowgrain Researcher

Straw Hat, Spore-Covered Tunic, Tree Warden’s Belt, Ranger Pants, Gloves of the Pathfinder, Swift Cenarion Footwear, Garden Scythe
When I found out that the Balance Artifact weapon would be a scythe, I started saving up my Draenic Seeds to get the Garden Scythe to Transmogrify it with.
